Peering Policy for AS198480
1. Introducon
The 2adventure Studios (AS198480) welcomes interconnecon with other networks through peering
arrangements. This peering policy outlines the condions, requirements, and guidelines for
establishing peering connecons with AS198480.
2. Peering Criteria
2.1 Network Requirements
To peer with us you must have:
a. A publicly routable Autonomous System (AS) number
b. Operaonal and stable network infrastructure within our primary service region (EMEA)
c. An ASN record in PeeringDB
d. Compliance with industry best pracces, including but not limited to RPKI and/or IRR route
ltering.
2.2 Trac Volume
AS198480 will consider peering requests based on trac volume and the potenal mutual benet.
While there are no specic trac thresholds, networks with substanal trac volume and a balanced
trac rao are more likely to be considered for peering.
2.3 Roung Policy
AS198480 follows an open and inclusive roung policy. We will accept all prexes announced by the
peer and expect the peer to reciprocate by accepng all of our announced prexes. Both pares shall
maintain accurate and up-to-date roung informaon through the Internet Roung Registry (IRR) and
preferably RPKI.
2.4 No Transit
Peering connecons with AS198480 are strictly for the exchange of trac between the networks.
Peers should not use the peering connecon to transit trac to or from other networks. If transit
services are required, a commercial agreement shall be established (hps://arexion.com/iptransit).
3. Peering via Internet Exchange Points (IXPs)
AS198480 encourages peering via IXPs as an ecient and cost-eecve method of interconnecng
networks. We are present at the following IXPs:
To establish a peering connecon via an IXP, the following steps should be followed:
a. Submit a peering request via the IXP's peering portal or by contacng noc+peering@2adventure-
studios.com directly.
b. Provide relevant informaon, including AS number, contact details, network size, and expected
trac volumes.
c. AS198480 will evaluate the request based on the criteria menoned in Secon 2.
d. If the request is approved, both pares will coordinate the technical details for establishing the
peering connecon.
4. Peering via Private Network Interconnecons (PNIs)
AS198480 also supports peering via Private Network Interconnecons (PNIs) when mutually
benecial. If one party does not agree the PNI is mutually benecial the requesng party shall pay all
expenses occurring while establishing and maintaining the PNI.
To establish a PNI with AS198480, the following steps should be followed:
a. Submit a peering request to AS198480 via email or the designated contact form.
b. Provide relevant informaon, including AS number, contact details, network size, and expected
trac volumes.
c. AS198480 will evaluate the request based on the criteria menoned in Secon 2.
d. If the request is approved, both pares will coordinate the technical details for establishing the
PNI, including physical connecvity, IP addressing, and roung conguraon.
5. Monitoring and Maintenance
Peering connecons with AS198480 should be monitored regularly to ensure opmal performance
and adherence to the agreed-upon peering policies. Any technical issues or changes in roung policy
should be communicated promptly between the peers to maintain the stability of the peering
relaonship. Both pares shall operate a NOC which replies with reasonable measures to reported
incidents within 12 hours, 24/7/365 and preferably within 2 hours, 24/7/365.
6. Terminaon
Either party may terminate the peering connecon with prior wrien noce, preferably 30 days in
advance. The terminaon should be communicated through the established contact points or the
respecve peering portal.
7. Modicaons to the Peering Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this peering policy as deemed necessary. Any changes will
be communicated through email nocaon to our peering partners.
